This pink oyster mushroom grown locally by us. They are meaty and chewy in texture. When cooked they take on the flavors of the dish and can take on a woody flavor when sauteed. They are a gourmet mushroom. These must be used within a day or two of purchase. Mushrooms are best consumed soon after harvest. We are trying to expand on varieties. Clean off with a paper towel. DO NOT soak in water. Grown using organic practices.
