Committed to fostering an atmosphere of celebration and aliveness the sisters Amy & Angie offer many possibilities, coordination and design specific to you and your celebration. Bella Vita Farm, the manor home and the surrounding grounds are ripe with style ranging from stunning elegance to rustic chic and an artistic unification of both.

Venue Fee

$500 - $5,000
Varies according to event type,. Guest count & time

Gathering Planning Service

We will work with you directly to coordinate your celebration and the booking of all rentals, catering and car service needs. Wedding coordination, wedding flowers and day of coordination require additional fees.

Use of Preferred Vendors and Caters

We have built relationships with reputable high quality vendors and caters. These partners value the guest and clients of Bella Vita Farm. While we do not require use of our preferred caters we require that any outside cater meet with us prior to onsite service. Additionally, beginning September 2019, all caters will be required to incorporate items grown in our greenhouse into foods served to guests of Bella Vita Farm.

Insurance

A certificate of liability in the amount of $300,000.00 is required for private and personal gatherings. Corporate gatherings require a $1,000,000.00 liability day of policy. Typically, you can purchase through your insurance carrier.

We will coordinate the booking and delivery of all rentals with our preferred vendors.

All gatherings must conclude by 10pm. A reasonable amount of time will be provided to accommodate vender breakdown and guest departure.
